Bitegateway is a food delivery app service, with its principal place of business at (No 30 ikenegbu road Owerri Imo state). By using the Bitegateway app orwebsite, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Definitions
- "App" means the Bitegateway mobile application, website, or any other platform through which the services are offered. - "Services" means the food delivery, ordering, and payment processing services provided by Bitegateway. - "Users" means you, our customers, and any other person using the App. - "Partners" means our partner restaurants, food establishments, and vendors. - "Content" means all information, data, text, images, and other materials displayed on the App.
Terms of Use

Partner Terms
1. Partner Restaurants: Our Partners are responsible for the preparation and packaging of orders
2. Menu Accuracy: Partners are responsible for ensuring menu accuracy on the App.
3. Food Quality: Partners are responsible for ensuring food quality and safety.
Intellectual Property
1. Copyright: All Content on the App is owned by Bitegateway or its licensors.
2. Trademarks: Bitegateway's trademarks, logos, and branding are protected by law.
Liability and Disclaimers
1. Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Use of the App - Order cancellations or delays - Food quality or safety issues - Partner actions or omissions
2. Disclaimers: We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bitegateway, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and/or use of the App at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria
